Private Residence Potomac Street

We made visual observations of the above described property and photographed specific conditions and overall conditions of the property. Our inspection was limited to the review of the as-built condition of the existing structure and only what was readily available without demolition of finish materials or areas that were inaccessible. The subject property was a turn of the last century two-story 14 foot wide row house. The bearing walls are 12” thick, approximately 28 feet high brick masonry supporting wood floor and roof framing. The basement slab has already been nearly completely removed.
