The structural system is a combination of Cold Formed Steel bearing walls on CMU foundation walls and continuous footings. The 2nd floor is concrete topping over metal deck, bar joists, and structural steel. Steel columns bear on shallow depth spread footings. The roof is sheathed with plywood and supported by prefabricated wood roof trusses. Lateral loads are taken out through exterior cross-braced walls and CMU stair and elevator towers
