We had a cooling tower on our roof which was 38 years old. The I beam showed rust and there were different opinoins as to will it fall or not if filled with water. I contacted Mr Bruce Ensor at BE Structual PC. He advised not to fill tower. When the tower was removed to install the new one installed the steel base was almost totally rusted away If this tower was filled it would most certainly would have collapsed. Thank Bruce Ensor

In addition, we were supplied a report to use when hiring someone to fix the problem. The only area for improvement would be a list of companies that they could connect us to to help complete the job. We eventually found a company, but it took some more searching. All in all, we were very happy with their service.
