Mezzanine Design

BE Structural works with mezzanine manufacturers and distributors to provide engineering review, mark ups and state specific stamping and sealing services. Some manufacturers contract with BE Structural to perform value engineering services which improves efficiency while cutting the overall costs of their fabrication.

Mezzanines are predominantly used in industrial applications for the storage of tools and materials or for maintenance purposes. They can be permanent or semi-permanent structures and are most often constructed with steel, aluminum and fiberglass. Many manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors find mezzanines useful for utilizing unused square footage and space within their facilities. These platforms also provide a safe place to work above the hustle and bustle of pallet jacks, fork lifts and other mobile machinery.
